Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub
  • 3 lbs Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Large onion diced
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 10 oz Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Equipment

  • Oven
  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Deep casserole dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425˚ F.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and flour. Stir well to coat the onions and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  5. Place spinach and parmesan cheese in a deep casserole dish and mix together.
  6. Pour the cream sauce into a casserole dish.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste and top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
