Bone Suckin' Chicken Seasoning & Rub, Chicken, Slow Cooker
Crockpot
Stock pot or deep pot
Place chicken in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hrs. When chicken is done, pull from crock pot and shred with 2 forks. Set aside. In a stockpot, melt butter on a medium low setting. Once butter is melted, add in Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, flour, sea salt, and pepper. Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly.
While the mixture is bubbling, keep stirring for about 2 or 3 minutes. Add in the chicken broth and stir well. The sauce will thicken a little.
Put all of the shredded chicken into stockpot. Add the dumplings into the stockpot, 4-6 at a time and bring to a boil while constantly stirring. Continue this process until all dumplings have been added.
Bring heat to a simmer and serve. Enjoy!
