Bone Suckin' Sauce Eastern Vinegar, Most Popular, New, Pork
Preheat oven to 225°F.
Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan, then place in oven.
Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per pound until 205°F internal temperature is reached.
Wrap in foil & let rest 10 minutes.
Use forks or heat resistant gloves to remove and discard fat cap, then pull pork apart. Add Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar to taste.
Pair with collard greens and coleslaw. Enjoy!
*PRO TIP: Just because 165°F is safe, doesn't mean it's ready. Remember, go low & slow!
