Bone Suckin’ Rack of Lamb with Steak Seasoning & Rub

1 Sharp knife
1 Baking Sheet
1 Grill or oven
Score back of the rack in a crisscross pattern, using a sharp knife.
Place rack of lamb on a baking sheet and cover with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Grill on indirect heat or cook in the oven at 500° F for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes until the lamb reaches 135° F -140° F internal temperature. Enjoy!
Optional: After removing from oven, generously drizzle Bone Suckin'® Hot Honey over the rack and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
