  • 1 Sharp knife
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Grill or oven

Method
 

  1. Score back of the rack in a crisscross pattern, using a sharp knife.
  2. Place rack of lamb on a baking sheet and cover with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub.
  3. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Grill on indirect heat or cook in the oven at 500° F for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes until the lamb reaches 135° F -140° F internal temperature. Enjoy!
  5. Optional: After removing from oven, generously drizzle Bone Suckin'® Hot Honey over the rack and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
