Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce
  • 12 Eggs
  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Scallion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Equipment

  • 1 Medium sauce pan
  • 1 Fork
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Plate or egg plate
  • 1 Resealable Bag

  1. Place the eggs in a medium saucepan, cover with water. Bring water to a boil. Once water has come to a boil, shut the heat off and let the eggs sit in hot water for at least 12 minutes.

  3. Add Bone Suckin’® Hiccuppin’ Hot® Habanero Sauce, mayonnaise, toasted sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, salt and scallions to the yolks and mash together with a fork and stir incorporating all the ingredients.
  4. Place the yolk mixture into a plastic bag, snip the end of the bag and pipe mixture into the individual egg halves.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
