Bone Suckin’ Poached Tilapia

Preheat the oven to 325˚ F.
Spread the celery and the onions in the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour white wine over the vegetables.
Season the tilapia with Bone Suckin’® Seafood Seasoning & Rub. Then, place the tilapia, skin side down, in the casserole dish.
Poach the Tilapia for 15 minutes or until it is white and flaky.
Serve hot with Bone Suckin’® Seasoned Rice or steamed vegetables.
Optional: After removing from the oven, generously drizzle Bone Suckin'® Hot Honey over Tilapia and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
