Preheat the oven to 425° F.
Remove the membrane from back of the rack of lamb.
Rub 2 tbsp. of Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub on each side of the rack of lamb.
Let the meat sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Place on a wire rack over a baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Flip, then bake 15 minutes.
Flip, then Bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
