Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 4 Lamb Tenderloins or Sirloins 4
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Small bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard and the Panko crumbs into a paste. Place the tenderloins on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Salt and pepper the tenderloins. With your hands spread the mustard/Panko paste over the top of the lamb tenderloins.
  3. Place the lamb in the oven and bake for 25 minutes (5 minutes longer if you prefer meat well done). After cooking the food, let the tenderloins rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  4. Enjoy!
