Bone Suckin’ Chicken Salad

- 1/4 cup Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub
- 1/4 cup Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard
- 4 Chicken Breasts cooked
- 4 Boiled Eggs chopped
- 1 Celery Stalk diced
- 1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 Food Processor
1 Large mixing bowl
Put the cooked chicken and Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub into a food processor and pulse until you achieve the consistency you prefer.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the seasoned chicken with the remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!

This can be made 1 – 2 days ahead. Flavors develop if made at least 1 day ahead of serving.
Canned or rotisserie chicken may be used instead.
Tip: If you do not have a food processor, you may use a mixer or blender.
