Bone Suckin’ Blackberry Chicken Salad

- 18 oz Bone Suckin’ Sauce®
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 8 oz Gourmet Greens salad mix
Preheat the oven to 350˚ F.
Place the chicken breast in an oven safe pan. Pour 3/4 jar of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the chicken. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Cut the chicken into strips. Place the chicken on the gourmet greens salad mix, add the fresh blackberries and shelled walnut pieces. Use remaining Bone Suckin’ Sauce® to drizzle over the salad. Enjoy!
