A Carolina tradition: Pulled pork sandwich! Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar brings out the flavor perfectly and will have you craving more!

  • Oven
  • 1 Baking Pan
  • 1 Baking Rack
  • Aluminum Foil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F. Place pork butt fat side up on rack inside baking pan, then place in oven.
  2. Cook 1.5 to 2 hours per pound or until 205°F internal temperature is reached.
  3. Wrap in foil & let rest 15 minutes.
  4. Pull pork apart, add Bone Suckin' Sauce® Eastern Vinegar to taste.
  5. Place pulled pork on bun and top with coleslaw. Enjoy!
