Bone Suckin’ Steak Kabobs

Grilled kabobs made with cubes of steak, bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and Bone Suckin' Steak Seasoning & Rub are easy to make and delicious to eat!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Bone Suckin' Steak Seasoning & Rub
  • 2 lb Sirloin Steak cut into 2" cubes
  • 1 Bell Pepper cut into 1" chunks
  • 1 Zucchini cut into 1/2" slices
  • 6 Mushrooms whole
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes whole

Equipment

  • Grill
  • 6 Wooden Skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

Method
 

  1. Skewer vegetable and sirloin repeating until the skewer is full, Be sure to leave 1 inch on either side to hold on to skewer.
  2. Sprinkle all sides of food with Bone Suckin' Steak Seasoning & Rub.
  3. Grill 10-15 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes. Let the kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
