Bone Suckin’ Yaki Turkey

Bone Suckin' Chicken Seasoning & Rub, Bone Suckin' Yaki, Grill, Turkey
- 1 cups Bone Suckin’® Yaki®
- 2 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning
- 10-12 lbs Turkey
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- 1 tsp Fine Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Melt the butter in a small pot on medium low heat. Mix in 1 cup of Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 2 Tbsp. Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. fine black pepper & stir 5 minutes.
Let it cool to room temperature.
Inject marinade with injector into: breasts, thighs, legs & wings.
Put the turkey in a plastic resealable bag & seal. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the turkey from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven or grill to 300° F.
Remove turkey from bag & place in oven or grill.
When turkey internal temp hits 135°F pour 1 stick melted butter over turkey.
When turkey internal temp hits 150°F put aluminum foil over it like a tent.
Cook turkey until internal temp hits 170°F in thickest part of breast.
Cover with aluminum foil & let it rest for 30 minutes. Enjoy !
Note: This makes excellent leftover turkey salad!
