Method
- Melt the butter in a small pot on medium low heat. Mix in 1 cup of Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, 2 Tbsp. Bone Suckin’® Chicken Seasoning & Rub, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. fine black pepper & stir 5 minutes.
- Let it cool to room temperature.
- Inject marinade with injector into: breasts, thighs, legs & wings.
- Put the turkey in a plastic resealable bag & seal. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove the turkey from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat the oven or grill to 300° F.
- Remove turkey from bag & place in oven or grill.
- When turkey internal temp hits 135°F pour 1 stick melted butter over turkey.
- When turkey internal temp hits 150°F put aluminum foil over it like a tent.
- Cook turkey until internal temp hits 170°F in thickest part of breast.
- Cover with aluminum foil & let it rest for 30 minutes. Enjoy !
