Bone Suckin' Seasoning, Grill, Pork
- 4 Tbsp Bone Suckin'® Original Seasoning & Rub
- 6-8 Lbs Boston Butt
Oven or Grill
1 Baking Pan for oven
Coat the butt completely in Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub and refrigerate overnight.
Grill at 250°F for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours per pound until internal temperature of Boston Butt reaches 203°F
OR bake in the oven at 325°F for about 5 hours or until the internal temperature of the Boston Butt reaches 203°F
Let it rest for 15 minutes and then pull out the bone, chop, and enjoy!
Tip: Perfect for meal prepping. Pulled pork or burrito bowls are always a hit!
