Bone Suckin’® Boston Butt

Bone Suckin' Boston Butt is a crowd-pleasing recipe. Create tender, juicy shredded pork for pulled pork sandwiches, salads, rice bowls and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp Bone Suckin'® Original Seasoning & Rub
  • 6-8 Lbs Boston Butt

Equipment

  • Oven or Grill
  • 1 Baking Pan for oven

Method
 

  1. Coat the butt completely in Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Grill at 250°F for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours per pound until internal temperature of Boston Butt reaches 203°F
  3. OR bake in the oven at 325°F for about 5 hours or until the internal temperature of the Boston Butt reaches 203°F
  4. Let it rest for 15 minutes and then pull out the bone, chop, and enjoy!
