- Coat the butt completely in Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill at 250°F for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours per pound until internal temperature of Boston Butt reaches 203°F
- OR bake in the oven at 325°F for about 5 hours or until the internal temperature of the Boston Butt reaches 203°F
- Let it rest for 15 minutes and then pull out the bone, chop, and enjoy!
