Bone Suckin’ Southwestern Chicken Dip

You'll be the hit of game days, holidays, birthdays and everyday with this dip. Or, just keep to yourself and eat it all with crackers or chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 Cups Bone Suckin' Spicy Sweet Southern
  • 1 Tbsp Bone Suckin' ALL PURPOSE! Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chicken cooked, shredded
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 Cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/3 Cup Corn drained
  • 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • Non stick cooking spray

Equipment

  • 1 Casserole dish
  • 1 Colander

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a casserole dish with non stick spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to your dish, leaving 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin' Sauce aside.
  3. Put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes to ensure cream cheese is melting.
  4. Once all cheese is melted and chicken is starting to brown, remove from oven. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup Bone Suckin' Sauce. Enjoy!!

Notes

For the shredded cheeses, it's best to shred your own for better melting.
