Wild Aunt Betty’s 3rd & 4th Ex-Husband’s Mother’s Southern Yum Pecan Pie

- Southern Yum® Pecan Brittle a few pieces, crumbled
- 16 oz Light Brown Sugar 1 Box
- 1/2 Cup Salted Butter Melted
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp Self Rising White Cornmeal
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups Pecans Chopped
- 2 Pie Crusts Unbaked
Oven
1 Microwave Dish
1 Medium Bowl
2 Pie plates
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place pecans into bottom of unbaked pie shells. (1 cup each)
Beat eggs separately. Melt butter, in microwave safe dish.
Mix eggs and melted butter with other ingredients. Pour one half of the mixture over pecans in each pie crust.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes until pecans are golden brown and done. Makes 2 Pies.
Finish with Southern Yum Pecan Brittle crumbled on top! Enjoy!
