- 1/2 cup Bone Suckin' Sauce®
- 24 oz. Pizza Dough
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 Cooked Chicken Breast shredded
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple diced
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1/4 cup Parsley
Preheat the grill to medium. Roll out the pizza dough (on floured surface) 1/4 inch thick. Place the dough on the grill.
In a bowl, pour 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the cooked chicken and toss together.
Spread 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the pizza dough. Sprinkle the cheese over the dough. Place chicken on top of cheese. Add the pineapple chunks. Close the grill and let the pizza cook for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, check to make sure the crust is grilling slowly. Adjust the heat if necessary.
Grill an additional 15 minutes. Cheese should be fully melted and the pizza crust crispy, but not burned.
Remove the pizza from the grill with tongs right onto a cutting board. Garnish with parsley. Drizzle on Bone Suckin’ Sauce® Hot Honey for an extra sweet heat punch! Cut, serve and enjoy!
If you prefer "spicy", use Bone Suckin' Spicy Sweet Southern as your sauce base.
You may use canned chicken if preferred or if in a pinch.
