Bone Suckin’ Creamed Spinach

- 2 Tbsp Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub
- 3 lbs Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Large onion diced
- 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 10 oz Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Oven
1 Skillet
1 Deep casserole dish
Preheat the oven to 425˚ F.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes.
Add Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and flour. Stir well to coat the onions and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and milk. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Place spinach and parmesan cheese in a deep casserole dish and mix together.
Pour the cream sauce into a casserole dish.
Add salt and pepper to taste and top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
