Bone Suckin’ Yaki Broccoli

Yaki Broccoli is a great recipe to get kids to eat broccoli!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Yaki®
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oriental Sesame Oil
  • 10 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds

Equipment

  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 Vegetable steamer or double boiler
  • 1 Heavy skillet

Method
 

  1. Whisk Bone Suckin’® Yaki®, vinegar and oil in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes and set aside to cool. Stir sesame seeds in a heavy skillet over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Mix the broccoli and half of the sesame seeds into Bone Suckin’® Yaki® dressing. Let the mixture marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours, tossing occasionally.
  4. Transfer the broccoli to a platter, pour the dressing over the broccoli and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Enjoy!
