Bone Suckin’ Vegetable Medley

Bone Suckin' Steak Seasoning & Rub, Oven, Vegetables
- 3 tsp Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning
- 1 Asparagus Bunch
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Eggplant
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
Oven
1 Large Bowl
2 Baking sheets
Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Cut up the vegetables into bite sized pieces.
Combine in a large bowl and drizzle 1/3 Cup Olive Oil and 3 tsp. of Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning
Toss to coat with the olive oil and Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning mixture.
Spread out the vegetables on two baking sheets.
Roast the vegetables for 20 minutes, shaking the pans at least twice. Enjoy!
