Bone Suckin' Rack of Lamb with Steak Seasoning

Bone Suckin’ Oven Baked Rack of Lamb

Generously coat a rack of lamb with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and bake in your oven for a deliciously simple meal.

  • 1 Baking Pan
  • 1 Baking Rack

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  2. Remove the membrane from back of the rack of lamb.
  3. Rub 2 tbsp. of Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub on each side of the rack of lamb.
  4. Let the meat sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Place on a wire rack over a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip, then bake 15 minutes.
  8. Flip, then Bake 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
