- Combine 3/4 jar Bone Suckin' ALL PURPOSE! Seasoning & Rub and water in large pot and stir well.
- Remove neck, giblets, and pop up indicator (if turkey has one) from inside turkey.
- Place turkey, breast side down, into the pot with brine and place lid on.
- Brine in refrigerator 24 hours.
- Remove turkey from brine mixture. Discard the brine mixture and pat the turkey dry.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat the turkey with remaining 1/4 bottle of Bone Suckin' ALL PURPOSE! Seasoning & Rub.
- Place turkey in oven and cook uncovered for 30 minutes, then tent loosely with foil to prevent overcooking the breasts. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 175°F in the thickest part of the breast (about 3 hours total for a 12–14 lb turkey and you will see the meat pulling up on the end of the legs).
- Remove turkey from the oven and let the rest for 30 minutes before carving. This locks in all those Bone Suckin’ juices.
