Bone Suckin’ Sesame Salmon

Sesame salmon has a yummy, crispy exterior that you'll love. The nutty taste on the outside with the flaky inside make this a great meal for any night.

  • 1 Medium Bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet with olive oil to medium high.
  2. In a medium bowl combine Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub and black and white sesame seeds. Dredge the salmon fillets, meat side down, in the Bone Suckin’® Seasoning & Rub and sesame seed mixture, making sure that the fish is thoroughly coated.
  3. Sear the salmon seed-side down in skillet for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 2 to 4 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  4. Enjoy!
