Bone Suckin’ Reverse Sear Steak

The reverse sear method might change the way you cook steak forever!

Ingredients
  

Equipment

  • Oven
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • Aluminum Foil
  • 1 Thermometer
  • 1 Cast iron skillet or grill if using one

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 275℉.
  2. Season the steaks with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub.
  3. Put the steaks on a foil wrapped cookie sheet and place in the oven.
  4. Cook to internal temp of 125 degrees F.
  5. Take them out and rest them for 15 minutes.
  6. While the steaks are resting, heat a cast iron skillet (or grill if using one) to as hot as you can get it. Sear the steaks for about 1 minute per side. Enjoy!
