Bone Suckin’ Flat Top Grill Chicken

- 1/2 cup Bone Suckin' Sauce Sweet Southern
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs cut into 1" pieces
- 5 cloves Fresh Garlic chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger*
- 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Butter
Flat Top Grill
1 Resealable Bag
Combine chicken pieces, garlic, ginger and low sodium soy sauce in a resealable plastic bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Heat flat top grill to medium-high.
Melt butter on heated grill and add chicken. Cook until halfway done and then turn heat down to medium.
Add Bone Suckin' Sweet Southern Sauce to chicken and cook until internal temperature reached 165°F and sauce thickens.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
Note: Two tbsp of dry ginger may be used in place of fresh ginger.
This recipe may be followed using an indoor skillet.
