Bone Suckin’ Flat Top Grill Chicken

This Bone Suckin' Spicy Flat Top Grill Chicken is simple to make and a great addition to your recipe book. It's succulent, savory flavor will make your family think you spent all day in the kitchen.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Bone Suckin' Sauce Sweet Southern
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs cut into 1" pieces
  • 5 cloves Fresh Garlic chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger*
  • 1/4 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Butter

Equipment

  • Flat Top Grill
  • 1 Resealable Bag

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken pieces, garlic, ginger and low sodium soy sauce in a resealable plastic bag and allow to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat flat top grill to medium-high.
  3. Melt butter on heated grill and add chicken. Cook until halfway done and then turn heat down to medium.
  4. Add Bone Suckin' Sweet Southern Sauce to chicken and cook until internal temperature reached 165°F and sauce thickens.
  5. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Notes

Bone Suckin Sweet Southern 
Note: Two tbsp of dry ginger may be used in place of fresh ginger.
This recipe may be followed using an indoor skillet.
