- 1. Remove the membrane from the back of the rib.
- 2. Coat both sides of the ribs with Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub. Cover and refrigerate for 4–8 hours.
- .3. Preheat oven to 300°F. Place the ribs in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 3 hours.
- 4. Uncover the ribs, sprinkle with additional Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub, and bake for 1 more hour.
- 5. Coat both sides of the ribs with Bone Suckin' Sauce® and return to the oven for 1 final hour.
- 6. Remove the ribs from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. For an extra sweet finish, drizzle with Bone Suckin'® Hot Honey (optional).
Pro Tip: Start near the middle of the rack and gently work a butter knife under the membrane to loosen it. Once you have enough to grab, use a paper towel for a better grip and pull the membrane away from the ribs.
Pro Tip: Serve with coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad, or cornbread for a complete barbecue meal.
