Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub
  • 3 Lbs Red Potatoes washed and diced
  • 1 Jalapeño diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium-Sized Onion diced

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Resealable Bag

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all of the ingredients in a re-sealable bag and shake, making sure the seasoning coats everything well.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake at 350˚ F for 45 min. Turn the potatoes every 15 mins. to make sure that they are cooked evenly. Enjoy!
