Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Cajun Seasoning & Rub
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Onion diced
  • 3 Bell Peppers chopped
  • 31 oz Kidney Beans
  • 29 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 30 oz Tomato Sauce

Equipment

  • Crock pot
  • 1 Large skillet
  • 1 Colander

Method
 

  1. Combine Bone Suckin’® Cajun Seasoning & Rub, ground beef and onions.
  2. Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet until the meat is done. Drain.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients into a crock pot.
  4. Cook for 6-8 hours on low. (if in a hurry, cook for 4 hours on high). Enjoy!

Notes

Bone Suckin' Cajun Seasoning & Rub, 4.2 oz.
Ground turkey may be used instead of ground beef.
