Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp Bone Suckin' Hot Seasoning & Rub
  • 3 Sweet Potatoes medium, peeled & 1" diced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Olive OIl

Equipment

  • 1 Resealable Bag
  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake untill the sweet potatoes are coated.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. This makes a delicious side dish that is great warm or cold. Enjoy!
