Bone Suckin’ Yaki Salmon Burgers

- 2 oz Bone Suckin’® Yaki®
- 15 oz Canned Salmon drained
- 1 Large Egg
- 8 Crackers crushed
- 1 Dash Olive Oil
1 Medium Bowl
1 Large skillet
Mix together all of the ingredients except the oil and make into sandwich size patties.
Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil and preheat. Brown the patties on each side.
Pour a small amount of Bone Suckin’® Yaki® in the skillet and surround the patties but do not cover them.
Cook patties 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite sandwich bread and enjoy!
