Bone Suckin’ Cranberry Relish

This cranberry relish makes for a great dip, bagel topping for oatmeal, bagels, burgers or yogurt. The possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Bone Suckin'® Sweet Spicy Mustard
  • 1 tsp Bone Suckin'® Hot Seasoning & Rub
  • 4 cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Shallot chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • Sea Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1 Medium pot

Method
 

  1. Rinse the cranberries and set them aside.
  2. Add the water, orange juice, chopped shallot and sugar to a medium sized pot. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Add the cranberries. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, until the cranberries burst.
  4. Add the Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub, and zest. Simmer for 5 more minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste. Enjoy!
