Bone Suckin’ Cranberry Relish

- 1 tbsp Bone Suckin'® Sweet Spicy Mustard
- 1 tsp Bone Suckin'® Hot Seasoning & Rub
- 4 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1 Shallot chopped
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Rinse the cranberries and set them aside.
Add the water, orange juice, chopped shallot and sugar to a medium sized pot. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar.
Add the cranberries. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, until the cranberries burst.
Add the Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard, Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub, and zest. Simmer for 5 more minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste. Enjoy!
