Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Bone Suckin’® Yaki®
  • 2 cans Black Eyed Peas drained well
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper diced
  • 2 cups White Corn drained
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt and Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Medium Bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and stir well.
  2. Cover and chill for 2 hrs. Enjoy!
