Bone Suckin’ Sweet & Sour Shrimp

Our version of Sweet & Sour Shrimp is so Bone Suckin' Good! It's tangy, sweet and savory and will keep them coming back for more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Bone Suckin’ Sauce®
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
  • 8 oz Frozen Snap Peas & Vegetable Medley
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 3 lbs Fresh Shrimp

Equipment

  • 1 Large frying pan or skillet

Method
 

  1. Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat.
  2. Put olive oil in the pan.
  3. Once the olive oil is hot, add garlic and vegetables. Continuously stir fry and then add chicken stock, followed by the oyster sauce and Bone Suckin’ Sauce®.
  4. Finally, add the fresh shrimp and cook until the shrimp turn pink.
  5. Serve with a side of Thai Jasmine rice or brown rice.
  6. Enjoy!
