- In a large stock pot, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain the fat from the ground beef. Add onions, Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub and cumin. Stir and cook over medium heat for 5 min.
- Pour in the salsa, tomato soup and kidney beans. Stir in the beer and combine well. Continue to cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- After cooking, serve in a bowl and top with a dollop of sour cream, cheddar cheese and scallions. Wonderful served with crusty bread topped with melted cheese. Enjoy!
