Place the potatoes in a resealable bag. Pour olive oil over the potatoes. Shake the bag to coat the potatoes well.
Sprinkle Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub in the bag and shake the bag again to coat.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Place potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly brown.
Remove potatoes from oven, top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
