Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard
  • 3 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Resealable plastic bag
  • 1 Baking Sheet

Method
 

  1. Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch wide slices.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake until the sweet potatoes are coated.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and ensure slices do not overlap.
  4. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 15 minutes per side. Enjoy!
