Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bone Suckin’ Sauce®
  • 2 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 Medium Onion chopped
  • Salt & Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Broiler pan
  • 1 Medium Bowl
  • 1 Casserole dish

Method
 

  1. In medium bowl mix the ground beef, Worcestershire Sauce, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Form 6 equal size steaks.
  3. Place the steaks on an oven broiler pan and place under the broiler to brown.
  4. After both sides have been browned, place the steaks in a casserole dish, pour Bone Suckin’ Sauce® over the steaks and cook in the oven at 350℉ for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
