Method
- Preheat grill to 350°F.
- Pat chicken dry and coat with Bone Suckin'® ALL PURPOSE! Seasoning & Rub on both sides.
- Grill chicken skin side down over direct heat for 5 to 10 minutes to sear.
- Flip chicken and baste with Bone Suckin' Sauce® & move to indirect heat. Close grill & cook 20 more minutes.
- Continue to flip and baste chicken with Bone Suckin' Sauce® every 5 to 10 minutes until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F (20 to 40 minutes).
- Finish with a final sear, skin side down, over direct heat for 2 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
