Ingredients

4 Tbsp Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub
2.5 lbs Potatoes diced
1 Large Onion diced
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 cups Shredded Cheese your choice of flavor

Equipment

1 9x13 baking dish

Method

Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a 9” x 13” pan, mix all of the ingredients except cheese.
Bake for 1 hour.
Remove the pan from the oven, spread the cheese on top, and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot! Enjoy!
