Method
- Place flank steak in a gallon size zip top plastic bag and cover with Bone Suckin' Sauce Eastern Vinegar.
- Marinate overnight in fridge.
- Remove flank steak from fridge and marinade and set at room temp for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Heat grill to HIGH heat.
- Place steak on grill and cook 4-6 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 135°F.
- Remove steak from grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and enjoy.
