- In a resealable bag, mix together Bone Suckin’® Hot Seasoning & Rub, 1/4 cup of flour, sea salt and pepper. Drop the meat into the bag, shake to coat well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1/8 cup of oil to medium-high and add onions to the skillet. Cook the onions for 7 minutes or until translucent. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan and then add the meat. Brown the meat for 5 minutes per side and remove from the skillet.
- Whisk 1/4 cup of flour with the oil left in the skillet (it should turn pasty).
- Add the beef broth and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Place the meat and onions and mushrooms in the sauce, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over the egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
