Method
- Place all 3 meats in a large crockpot. Cover the meat with water and cook on high for 6 hours stirring occasionally.
- After 6 hours, take the meat out of the crockpot and let it cool to the touch. Strain the broth from the crockpot and put the broth back in to the crockpot.
- After meat had cooled, strip all of the meat off of the bones. Next, shred the meat and return it to the crockpot.
- Add remaining ingredients to the crockpot, stir and continue to cook for 2 hours.
- Salt and pepper to taste and add more Bone Suckin' Hiccuppin Hot if you prefer more spice. Enjoy!
