Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Bone Suckin' Cajun Seasoning & Rub
  • 5 Red Potatoes Cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley for garnish Optional

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • 1 Medium Bowl

Method
 

  1. Place potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with Bone Suckin Cajun Seasoning & Rub and olive oil. Stir to ensure all potatoes are coated.
  2. Cook potatoes in air fryer for 20 minutes on 400°F. Toss potatoes halfway through. Sprinkle with extra Bone Suckin' Cajun Seasoning & Rub if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For crisper potatoes, cook for 5 additional minutes. Optional: Garnish with parsley.
