This Grilled Chicken Pineapple Quesadilla recipe is a delicious bbq chicken recipe! The perfect combination of savory and sweet plus smoky grilled flavor!

Preheat the grill to medium high.

In a resealable bag, place the chicken breast and 1/4 cup of Bone Suckin’® Sauce.

Skewer the pineapple slices length wise on wooden skewers, lay them on the grill with jalapeño slices and baste with the remaining Bone Suckin’® Sauce. Grill 5 minutes per side. When done, remove from the grill and set aside on a cutting board.

Lay the chicken on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side. When done, remove from the grill and set aside on a cutting board.

Place the tortillas on the grill and top with cheese. Let the tortillas cook for 3 minutes (the cheese should start to melt slightly). While the tortillas are cooking, slice the chicken, pineapple and jalapeños into thin slices.

Pull the tortillas from the grill and top 3 tortillas with chicken, pineapple, jalapeños and cilantro. Cover the topped tortillas with the remaining cheese tortillas and slice with a pizza cutter. Serve with Bone Suckin’® Guacamole (see below for recipe). and Greek Yogurt. Recipe serves 3 to 4. Enjoy!
