This is a moist, kickin’ cornbread recipe, and it can go with most any meal. You gotta try it!

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Before cooking food, spray cast iron skillet with Olive Oil and preheat pan. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring with a spoon or spatula, until combined.

Pour batter into skillet, place skillet into oven and bake until golden brown about 30 minutes. Recipe serves 8-10. These can be made into smaller individual muffins, but check for doneness after 15 minutes. Enjoy!

*Note: Creamed corn can be found in frozen food section in most grocery stores. It usually is packaged in a tube. This recipe can be made into smaller individual muffins, but check for doneness after 15 minutes.
