- Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub, 1/2 cup
- Red & Orange Bell Peppers, 1 each
- Zucchini, 1 cut
- Mushrooms, 8 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes, 12
- Onions, 2
- Or Vegetables of your choice
- Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
- Wooden or Metal Skewers, 6
If using wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat grill to 350F & brush grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cut Peppers, Zucchini, Onions into 1/2" chunks while leaving mushrooms & tomatoes whole.
Skewer the vegetable of your choice, repeating this with different vegetables and mixing colors until the skewer is full. Be sure to leave 1 inch on either end to be able to hold on to the skewer.
Brush kabobs with olive oil and sprinkle with Bone Suckin'® Seasoning & Rub.
Grill for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 3 minutes. Let the Kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving. Optional: Use Bone Suckin’® Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
