This Peach and Nectarine Chutney Sandwich is a great summertime recipe!

Bone Suckin' Peach Nectarine Chutney Sandwich

Chutney
 2 tsp Olive Oil
 ¼ cup White Wine Vinegar
 1 tsp Gingerfreshly grated
 ½ tsp Salt
 4 Nectarinespitted and diced
 3 Peachespitted and diced
Sandwich
 1 Ciabatta Bread Loaf
 1 cup Nectarine and Peach Chutney
 Olive Oilfor brushing Bread
 1 Garlic Clove
 3 cups Gruyère cheesegrated
 1 cup Arugula

Before cooking the food, whisk together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Core the nectarines and peaches and cut into 1 inch strips. Place the fruit on the grill and baste with Bone Suckin’® Sauce for about 2 minutes per side (fruit should be slightly firm). After the fruit has been grilled and diced, place it in bowl with the whisked sauce and toss.

Split the Ciabatta down the side in order to make a large sandwich. Brush the inside of the Ciabatta with olive oil and then rub with a garlic clove. Spread Bone Suckin’® Sweet Spicy Mustard over bread and sprinkle grated Gruyère cheese over the mustard. Place the top and bottom of the bread on the grill, with the cheese side up, for 4 minutes and let the heat soften the cheese. When the cheese is softened, assemble the sandwiches with arugula and fruit. Drizzle with sauce. This is scrumptious! Enjoy!
